Operating Partner - Founder Services & Platform

Unusual Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm focused on enterprise software founders, is hiring an Operating Partner to lead its Founder Services and Platform teams from San Francisco. The role carries Partner-level scope and ownership, working closely with the firm's leadership to organize and direct the resources supporting portfolio founders -- from critical executive hires to go-to-market sharpening, customer introductions, media coverage, and other resources founders need at any stage. Unusual is looking for a proven operator with a track record as a Founder CEO or COO in enterprise software startups, someone who has built and scaled companies, developed go-to-market and recruiting motions from the ground up, and can coach founders with credibility. The Operating Partner will own execution, lead the Founder Services and Platform teams day-to-day, and bring high standards paired with high empathy to help portfolio companies at every stage of growth.
