Role Overview

Antler, a global early-stage venture capital firm backing founders from inception, is hiring for its Investment Team (Founder Track) in Berlin — a structured 2-year program built around the thesis that the best preparation for founding a company is working hands-on alongside founders. Antler partners with people across six continents to launch and scale high-potential startups, deploying capital at the inception stage and building a global founder community across 27+ offices worldwide. The firm has helped create and invest in more than 1,900 startups across a wide range of industries and technologies.

Role Focus

For two years, the candidate works as a full member of Antler's core investment team in Continental Europe: identifying outlier founders, evaluating businesses at inception, and working alongside portfolio companies as they scale. The program is designed to give real scope to shape how Antler operates and what inception-stage investing becomes over the next decade, as the firm continues to grow from a seven-year-old platform into an institution operating at a scale few early-stage firms reach.
