Principal - PJT Park Hill (Alternative Credit / Hedge Fund Distribution)

The Principal – PJT Park Hill (Alternative Credit/Hedge Fund – Distribution) role is based in San Francisco and is responsible for distribution across the West Coast within the Alternative Credit and Hedge Fund team. The successful candidate will market a portfolio of 10 to 15 products across a variety of strategies including alternative credit, hedge funds, royalties, reinsurance, and litigation finance. This is a senior client-facing role with significant autonomy in managing existing limited partner relationships and developing new LP relationships across the institutional investor base.

Core responsibilities include identifying and prospecting new limited partners to support capital raising efforts, providing expert product and market content as a trusted advisor to PJT Park Hill clients, maintaining a deep understanding of private credit, hedge fund, and other alternative strategies, and keeping meticulous records in coordination with project management and senior partner teams.

The role requires a proven ability to understand the differentiated investment processes across client strategies, excellent follow-up skills, and a demonstrated track record of closing LP commitments. Candidates should bring an established West Coast LP relationship network, strong consultative sales skills, and a collaborative approach to working within a global team structure.
