Corporate Development and Strategy - Vice President / Senior Vice President

The Corporate Development and Strategy – Vice President / Senior Vice President will join a high-impact team working directly with senior leadership to drive iCapital's long-term growth across the wealth and alternatives ecosystem. This role is instrumental in identifying, evaluating, and executing both organic and inorganic strategic initiatives, including partnerships, minority investments, and selective acquisitions aligned with the company's long-term goals.

The position requires rigorous, data-driven analysis combining quantitative and qualitative approaches to inform Corporate Development and Strategy recommendations. The successful candidate will lead key aspects of due diligence processes for strategic transactions, manage multiple workstreams across internal and external stakeholders, and drive cross-functional alignment and execution. A key component of the role includes fostering a center of excellence for external market research, competitive intelligence, and partnership opportunity development across the organization.

The ideal candidate brings 7 to 15 or more years of experience in corporate development, strategy, investing (PE/VC), or investment banking, with a demonstrated track record of evaluating and supporting M&A transactions, partnerships, and strategic negotiations. Experience in an entrepreneurial, performance-driven environment is strongly preferred, as is a financial technology or financial services background. The role demands strong interest in alternative investments, wealth management, and building an industry-defining company.
