Role Overview

Olive Asset Management, the global asset management platform of Noah Holdings Limited (NYSE: NOAH; HKEX: 6686), is hiring a Principal-level Investment Professional for its Palo Alto venture capital team. As the core engine of Noah's AI strategy since 2016, Olive has invested in 200+ AI and frontier-tech companies via 50+ VC funds and 100+ direct investments within a ~$30B global asset ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

- Deal Sourcing: proactively identify and access high-quality investment opportunities in AI, Tech, and Biotech

- Thematic Research: develop deep-dive investment theses on emerging trends

- Execution: lead the end-to-end investment process, including due diligence, financial modeling, and term sheet negotiation

- Portfolio Support: partner with founders to provide strategic guidance and ecosystem connections

Qualifications

- 7-10+ years of experience in Venture Capital, Private Equity, or strategic investment

- Deep understanding of the U.S. Tech/AI landscape or the Biotech/Innovative Drug development cycle

- A robust professional network in Silicon Valley and major U.S. innovation hubs

- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is a significant advantage

- Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or PhD) in a relevant technical or financial field
