Senior Investment Officer, Private Equity Secondaries & Co-Investments

UBS is seeking a Senior Investment Officer for its Private Equity Secondaries & Co-Investments team in London, deploying capital across GP-led, LP-led deals and co-investments within UBS Unified Global Alternatives (UGA).

Responsibilities: source and evaluate PE secondary and co-investment opportunities, building trusted relationships with GPs and advisors; lead investment processes from screening through to legal negotiation and closing; lead due diligence and investment analysis, guiding junior team members, reviewing business models, financials and KPIs; translate industry insights into comprehensive investment recommendations and risk assessments; contribute to portfolio monitoring and reporting; support fundraising efforts.

Team: UGA Private Equity, Co-Investments & Secondaries based in London, collaborating closely with NYC and Zurich. Report directly to the team head. Fast-paced, growing team with access to best-in-class managers.

Requirements: 10-12+ years experience with a transaction track record in private equity secondaries or co-investments; prior investment banking experience; well-connected in the industry with a proven sourcing track record. Reference: 337826BR.
