The firm partners with founders, executives, and stakeholders to strengthen operational performance and identify growth opportunities, emphasizing data-driven decision-making, responsible governance, and sustainable business practices.

Role Overview

This is a full-time remote role providing strategic guidance and high-level advisory support to Tsakas Holdings and its portfolio companies.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business performance and review financial and operational reports across portfolio companies.

- Advise founders and executives on strategic and operational initiatives.

- Support long-term value creation and growth strategy across the Holdings' portfolio.

- Collaborate remotely with team members using modern tools and processes.

Qualifications

- Experience advising portfolio companies or operating businesses at a strategic level.

- Comfort with a remote, data-driven, pragmatic working environment.
