Tobin Capital Group (TCG), a Stanford GSB-founded real estate PE firm with 40M AUM across 67 locations, seeks a Vice President of Operations in San Francisco to partner with the CEO in scaling the firm. TCG is raising its second fund (50M target) and aims to 5x its portfolio. Compensation includes up to 00k cash and up to M carried interest, plus the ability to invest fee-free and carry-free in TCG funds. Mandatory 5 days in-office. 5+ years of operations experience required; candidates from all backgrounds encouraged.
