Spectrum Equity is hiring a Growth Equity Analyst for its 2027 full-time, two-year analyst program, based in San Francisco or Boston, beginning August 2027.
Key Responsibilities
- Source new investment opportunities across software, internet/digital media, and information services
- Research investment themes and present findings to leadership
- Support due diligence efforts
Qualifications
- Targets 2027 graduates demonstrating achievement and entrepreneurial capability
- Strong communication skills

Program & Compensation
Two-year full-time program with potential to advance to Associate upon completion. Base salary $90,000-$100,000 plus potential year-end bonus. Based in San Francisco or Boston.
