Support corporate governance and entity management activities across the investment office and affiliated entities. Assist with acquisitions, dispositions, financing transactions, joint ventures, and other strategic business initiatives. Coordinate legal due diligence and transaction execution alongside external counsel and advisors. Support legal matters related to the acquisition, ownership, financing, operation, and disposition of real estate assets. Review and negotiate purchase agreements, leases, construction contracts, and related documentation.

Requirements: Strong legal fundamentals, exceptional judgment, intellectual curiosity, and a willingness to engage in both strategic and hands-on work. Experience in corporate law, real estate, or transactional matters preferred.
