The firm's institutional investor base includes pensions, endowments, and sovereign wealth funds, with a track record across multifamily, commercial, and development platforms.

Key responsibilities

Acquisitions

- Lead financial analysis and prepare presentation materials for potential investment opportunities

- Interface directly with investment sales brokers, joint venture partners, and lenders to source, analyze, and execute on the pipeline

- Conduct detailed research and analysis on markets, sectors, and investment strategies

Asset Management

- Support value creation initiatives across the investment lifecycle, including capital structure analysis, annual business planning, financing optimization, leasing coordination, capital improvement management, and exit strategy execution

Day-to-day work

- Build complex financial models

- Prepare presentations and investment memoranda for senior management and investment partners

- Conduct market research and analysis

- Maintain and monitor the acquisition pipeline

- Interface regularly with brokers, consultants, attorneys, and investment partners
