The Director, UK Real Estate Investments will be responsible for sourcing investment opportunities in the United Kingdom and underwriting transactions. Reporting to the SVP, Head of Asset Management & Value-Add Investments, UK, this role will cultivate new relationships to aid in deal sourcing and manage transactions through the full lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, analyse, and pursue real estate investment opportunities in the UK

- Lead negotiations of deal terms and communication with counterparties

- Coordinate and manage deals through the full transaction life cycle

- Present proposed transactions to the Investment Committee

- Maintain market knowledge and contacts to support deal identification and analysis

- Collaborate with internal teams to analyse the overall real estate market

- Communicate UK acquisition pipeline targets and negotiate terms aligned with company objectives
