Morgan Stanley Investment Management (MSIM) is seeking an Associate/Analyst to join the Growth & Innovation (MSGI) team in New York — a late-stage growth equity strategy targeting scaled, private, high-growth technology companies.

Key Responsibilities

Work directly with senior investors and decision-makers as a key contributor across the full investment lifecycle:

- Evaluate investment opportunities and conduct in-depth sector analysis

- Develop and analyze financial projections and valuations

- Monitor portfolio companies post-investment

- Support transaction execution and investment committee processes

This is a lean, entrepreneurial team offering close exposure to senior decision-makers and meaningful participation in investment decisions at one of the world's leading asset management institutions.
