Role Overview

PGIM Real Estate is seeking an Executive Director to join its Originations team, responsible for sourcing and originating commercial real estate debt investments for institutional investors.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and originate commercial real estate debt investments across PGIM's investor base

- Manage all aspects of loan origination: analysis, underwriting, debt structuring, pricing strategy, due diligence, negotiation, and closing

- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective borrowers, intermediaries, and clients

- Demonstrate a strong track record of closed loans with a Northeast book of business preferred

Required Qualifications

- 10+ years of commercial real estate lending experience with proven origination track record

- Credit mindset: ability to review, structure, and underwrite loans to mitigate risks

- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related field

- Excellent organizational, communication (written and verbal), and MS Office skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively

- Northeast book of business

- Experience across multiple real estate asset classes

- MBA from top-tier program

- Experience managing junior talent
