Partners Capital, a Global Investment Office with $75B+ in assets under management acting for distinguished endowments and foundations, senior investment professionals, and prominent families across the globe, is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Operational Due Diligence (ODD) team in Boston.

Position Overview
The Senior Associate will lead operational due diligence reviews end-to-end, including gathering manager information, conducting meetings with CFO/COO-level employees at investment management firms, assessing key risk areas, and preparing detailed reports. This role reports to the Head of Operational Due Diligence.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth ODD reviews of new and existing investment managers across hedge funds, private equity, real estate, and long-only strategies
- Prepare and present detailed ODD reports assessing key operational risk areas, including staffing, fund accounting, trading operations, compliance policies, valuation procedures, and technology infrastructure
- Maintain and manage the team's pipeline, coordinating with the Research team to ensure ODD completion prior to investment committee meetings
- Work directly with investment managers to coordinate the ODD process, including document collection, virtual or on-site meetings, and follow-ups
Qualifications
Prior investment operations, risk management, and/or operational due diligence experience required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. This is a fast-growing 400+ person company seeking someone motivated, entrepreneurial, and adaptable.
