Director of Investor Relations & Capital Raising

Parkstone Capital is a multifamily real estate investment firm focused on acquiring and repositioning workforce housing throughout the Sunbelt region. As a third-generation real estate family, the firm capitalizes on market dislocations in multifamily to generate strong risk-adjusted returns for accredited investors through 506(c) private placements.

Parkstone Capital is seeking an experienced Director of Investor Relations and Capital Raising to build and manage an investor platform, raise equity for multifamily acquisitions, and develop a scalable investor relations infrastructure. This is a senior role for a professional who understands both capital raising and investor relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Raise equity for multifamily acquisitions ranging from $3M to $20M per transaction

- Build and maintain relationships with accredited investors, family offices, RIAs, and high-net-worth individuals

- Develop and manage a robust investor CRM using HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms

- Track investor activity, engagement, commitments, and follow-up through a disciplined pipeline process

- Coordinate investor webinars, presentations, and deal communications

- Oversee investor onboarding, subscription documents, and accreditation verification

- Create systems and processes that drive repeat investments and long-term investor retention

- Work directly with company leadership on capital markets strategy and investor outreach

The firm has an active acquisition pipeline and is looking to scale rapidly to capitalize on current multifamily market opportunities.
