The firm is seeking a full-time, on-site Associate based in Chicago, Illinois to support investment opportunities from origination to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth market research and prepare comprehensive financial models for investment opportunities

- Perform due diligence on target companies across manufacturing, distribution, and service sectors

- Assist with portfolio management and drive value creation in existing investments

- Collaborate with leadership of partner companies to meet strategic business objectives

- Prepare presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of investment strategies

This is an on-site role in Chicago providing direct exposure to the full investment lifecycle in lower middle market private equity.
