Senior Associate – Debt Structuring & Portfolio Management

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading independent alternative investments firm for a Senior Associate to join the Debt Structuring & Portfolio Management team in Frankfurt, focusing on infrastructure and private debt. This role combines new deal structuring with active portfolio responsibility in a dynamic, international environment.

Key responsibilities: Support deal teams in structuring new infrastructure debt investments and other private debt asset classes. Help shape financing parameters from term sheet stage through to contract signing. Prepare credit papers and materials for investment decisions. Monitor, analyse and manage existing private debt investments on an ongoing basis. Act as first point of contact for intensive and restructuring situations in the portfolio. Oversee operational control of assigned portfolios (payments, covenants, waterfall calculations). Prepare regular investor reports and handle ad-hoc investor queries. Lead internal projects related to the further development of the private debt platform.
