iCapital is seeking a seasoned relationship management and business development leader with deep experience in alternative investments to expand enterprise presence within the U.S. wealth management ecosystem, particularly across Independent Broker Dealers (IBD).

Role Overview:

This individual will be at the forefront of driving engagement with key stakeholders, shaping go-to-market strategies, and delivering differentiated solutions aligned with the evolving needs of wealth managers and their clients investing in alternatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strengthen and expand relationships with independent broker dealers focusing on firms engaged in private equity, private credit, real assets, and hedge fund strategies

- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders helping them navigate alternative investments and integrate iCapital platform into their wealth offering

- Lead enterprise-level initiatives promoting the adoption of iCapital technology and investment solutions with a focus on scalability, compliance, and operational efficiency

- Identify and execute growth opportunities including new product introductions, platform enhancements, and cross-channel collaboration

- Partner with internal teams across Sales, Investment Product, Technology, Legal, and Marketing

- Develop and deliver high-impact presentations and analysis supporting client engagement and strategic decision-making

- Collaborate with the Client Solutions team to define and track key performance indicators measuring success across client relationships

Qualifications:

- 12+ years of experience in relationship management, enterprise sales, or business development within alternative investments

- Deep knowledge of alternative investment vehicles including private equity, private credit, hedge funds, and real assets

- Experience working with broker dealers, RIAs, or wirehouses in the wealth management channel

- Strong network within the IBD ecosystem

- Excellent presentation and communication skills
