Private Equity Analyst Y2 – Infrastructure/Industrials

We are hiring an Analyst (1–2 years' experience) to join the Infrastructure Investment Team of a leading European private markets platform. This is a strong opportunity for an M&A or Investment Banking Analyst to transition into the buy-side, working across primaries, secondaries, and co-investments within infrastructure. The platform manages multi-billion-euro programmes for institutional investors and has an established track record across European infrastructure.

Key responsibilities include supporting the full investment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, due diligence, execution, and portfolio monitoring), analysing infrastructure funds and direct/co-investment opportunities across Europe and OECD markets, building and reviewing financial models (DCF, LBO, project/asset models) and return analyses, and preparing investment committee materials.

The role covers key infrastructure sectors: energy transition, transport, digital infrastructure, utilities, and social infrastructure.
