About This Role
Pantheon, a leading global private markets firm managing approximately $82.3 billion in AUM, is seeking a Vice President to lead its Portfolio Analytics function for private wealth and evergreen strategies. This senior leadership role sits at the intersection of Portfolio Management, Data Engineering, and Investment Operations, based in London.
The VP will oversee portfolio analytics for evergreen and semi-liquid vehicles (40 Act, SICAV structures) as well as single-asset GP-led secondaries and co-investments. The role requires deep expertise in private markets combined with semi-liquid fund structures, and the ability to deliver strategic data analytics that inform portfolio decision-making, investment choices, risk analysis, and investor insights.
Key responsibilities include leading and developing a high-performing portfolio analytics team; owning delivery of evergreen portfolio analytics across performance drivers, attribution, composition, concentration, risk exposures, and liquidity positioning at both fund and underlying asset levels; and partnering with Portfolio Management and Investment Risk on capital deployment, pacing models, subscription and redemption flow analysis, and liquidity forecasting within semi-liquid structures.
The role also involves providing scenario analysis and stress testing to evaluate portfolio resilience under varying deployment speeds, distribution timing, and macro conditions, as well as supporting senior leadership with concise, decision-oriented materials that frame trade-offs and return drivers clearly.
This is a leadership position that will shape how portfolio insight informs decision-making across Pantheon's global platform, serving more than 750 institutional and 638 private wealth clients worldwide. The firm's investment capabilities span private equity, infrastructure, real assets, and private credit through primary fund investments, secondaries, and co-investments.
Ideal candidates will combine strong private markets experience with leadership maturity and the ability to operate in a fast-evolving, data-driven environment.
