Vice President, Investment (Infrastructure)

Role Overview

Pantheon, a $82.3B private markets investment manager specializing in secondaries, co-investments and primary fund investments, is hiring a Vice President for its Infrastructure investment team in London.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead origination of infrastructure investment opportunities, building GP and co-investment relationships to source deal flow

- Direct screening and due diligence workstreams, including sector/market analysis

- Review and stress-test financial models (DCF, project finance, LBO analyses) prepared by junior team members

- Own preparation and presentation of investment materials for internal and external committees

- Lead transaction execution and closing, including process management and negotiation support

- Direct ongoing monitoring of co-investments and the wider portfolio

- Manage, supervise and develop Senior Associates, Associates and Analysts

Qualifications

8+ years of relevant experience in infrastructure, energy, renewables, utilities, digital infrastructure, transport or broader private markets investing, corporate finance, advisory or asset management, with a demonstrated track record leading investment execution.
