Palm Tree, a modern M&A value creation firm integrating financial consulting, operational consulting, and investment banking services since 2010, seeks a VP in Transaction Advisory Services. The firm specializes in supporting private equity sponsors and management teams through mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs, recapitalizations, restructurings, and performance improvement. The VP leads end-to-end Quality of Earnings and Working Capital Adjustment engagements, oversees complex financial analyses across income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow, and drives business development targeting PE sponsors. Requires 7+ years of financial due diligence experience from Big-4 or a national CPA firm, with demonstrated ability to lead QoE engagements and communicate directly with private equity clients.
