Real Estate Investment VP - Retail (Texas)

Long Ridge Partners is placing VP-level real estate investment professionals at two boutique real estate private equity firms in Texas focused on retail property investing.

The Dallas role is with a boutique firm that focuses on equity acquisitions of retail assets across Texas and Florida. The firm is actively expanding into new markets including Denver, Nashville, Atlanta, and Phoenix, having acquired approximately $100 million of assets in the last 18 months and anticipating tripling in size over the next 24 months.

The Austin role focuses on retail credit with a firm that focuses on NNN deals including build-to-suit loans and ground lease loans, recently launching a new stabilized bridge product. The firm is backed by a well-known institutional investor and a major university endowment.

Both positions require candidates with strong backgrounds in retail real estate investing who can contribute to both running existing deals and sourcing new transactions.
