Vice President - Private Capital Advisory - Secondaries

Lazard's Private Capital Advisory (PCA) Group is seeking a Vice President to join its Secondary Advisory team. The team focuses on GP-led secondary transactions including single- and multi-asset continuation funds, strip sales, and tender offers. Lazard PCA is a global team of 100+ professionals and is recognized as a leader in raising capital from institutional investors including sovereign wealth funds, public pension funds, corporate pension plans, foundations, endowments, and funds of funds.

The VP will work on all aspects of secondary transactions, including deal structuring, investor marketing, and execution of GP-led processes. Lazard is one of the world's preeminent financial advisory and asset management firms with approximately 3,000 professionals globally.
