Vice President - Capital Solutions

Lazard's Capital Solutions team is seeking a Vice President to support corporate and sponsor clients in capital raising efforts including private market syndication and public market execution in the context of M&A, refinancing, liability management, and new capital projects. The team provides market-agnostic solutions working across all leveraged finance products in both public and private markets, including preferred equity, junior capital solutions, and private market investment grade alternatives.

The VP will work across all sectors and interact with Lazard bankers in every group to connect public and private markets. Lazard is the world's largest advisory-focused firm with deep expertise across industry sectors and geographies.
