Associate/Associate Vice President, LaSalle Debt Investors

Role Overview

LaSalle Debt Investors (LDI), the commercial real estate lending arm of LaSalle Investment Management, is hiring an Associate/Associate Vice President for its Loan Origination, Underwriting and Asset Management team in Denver, CO. The team originates first-mortgage bridge loans for value-add and transitional properties across sustainable growth markets in the U.S., with loan sizes ranging from $5 million to over $85 million.

Key Responsibilities

- Investment due diligence, property inspections, and market research

- Creation and delivery of investment committee presentations

- Financial reporting for senior management, partners, investors, and rating agencies (S&P, Moody's)

- Asset management and loan dispositions

- Complex financial modeling in Excel and Argus, including cash flow projections and sensitivity analyses

- Quarterly financial statement and rent-roll analysis

Qualifications

- BA/BS in real estate, finance, accounting, or economics with strong academic record

- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience

- Strong Excel modeling skills; Argus experience a plus

- Knowledge of DCF, NPV, and cash flow models

- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
