Global Alternatives Investment Solutions Business Management - Associate

JPMorganChase Asset and Wealth Management is seeking an Associate to join its Global Alternatives Investment Solutions Business Management team in New York, supporting North America-based alternatives businesses across institutional, retail, and high-net-worth clients.

JP Morgan Asset and Wealth Management provides investment solutions across all major asset classes and regions, with world-class services delivered from a global platform. This role sits within the Alternatives division and offers broad exposure to alternative investment strategies including private equity, infrastructure, real assets, and credit.

As Associate, you will take end-to-end ownership and management of priority projects, workstreams, and tasks. You will collaborate on initiatives to simplify and add value to existing processes, develop and document business process specifications and controls, and ensure the business is run in an efficient and controlled manner. Additional responsibilities include partnering with functional areas such as Sales, Marketing, Legal, Risk and Controls, HR, Compliance, Technology, and Operations on change management initiatives; collaborating with Finance and Business Management counterparts on global projects; identifying internal control or process issues and owning solutions; and preparing materials for senior management and governance meetings.

Requirements include a minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to build relationships and influence senior stakeholders. An interest in a career in alternatives is required; exposure to asset management and alternatives is preferred.
