Head of Operations & Investor Relations - Ascent Private Equity

Janus Henderson is seeking a Head of Operations and Investor Relations for Ascent, JHI's internal platform for private investments, currently targeted at the pre-IPO / crossover stage. The platform conducts direct investments into private companies through externally raised capital, currently via single-transaction vehicles with plans to scale into fund offerings. The role oversees all fund formation activities including risk management, fund administration, legal, compliance, and finance; develops fund formation policies and systems; collaborates with Portfolio Managers and senior executives on the Ascent Crossover Opportunity strategic plan; ensures regulatory compliance; and manages relationships with institutional and high-net-worth investors.
