Vice President, Investment Banking

The Vice President, Investment Banking, will lead and execute private placement and advisory mandates, including equity and debt financings for private and public company clients. This role involves managing deal processes end-to-end, including financial modeling, valuation analysis, transaction structuring, due diligence coordination, and preparation of investor materials. The VP will interact directly with clients and investors, oversee junior team members, and contribute to business development.

Requirements: Strong foundation in Finance and Investment Banking with demonstrated experience in capital raising and transaction execution. Advanced financial modeling skills. Proven due diligence capabilities.
