Director, Transaction Services

Interpath's Deals team supports clients throughout the deal lifecycle, providing financial due diligence, carve-out and valuation support on domestic and cross-border transactions. The firm is looking for a talented Director to join its newly launched Transaction Services team in Frankfurt or Munich.

About the Role

This Director position offers the opportunity to build and develop a leading Deal Advisory practice in Germany, working with an exciting mix of clients including top tier Private Equity and Corporate clients.

You will work across the entire deal life cycle in a hands-on capacity, including buy-side and sell-side work, helping clients deliver successful transactions while working closely alongside corporate finance, value creation and debt advisory colleagues across the Interpath network.

Key Responsibilities

- Leading major transaction services engagements for PE and corporate clients

- Managing financial due diligence on buy-side and sell-side transactions

- Supporting carve-out and valuation mandates for complex cross-border deals

- Building and managing senior client relationships with PE sponsors and corporates

- Contributing to the strategic development of Interpath Germany's Deals practice

- Working in a truly entrepreneurial environment alongside bright and experienced colleagues

Ideal candidates will have a strong background in financial due diligence or transaction services at a leading advisory firm, with experience serving Private Equity clients on deal-related engagements.
