Key Responsibilities

- Lead asset management strategy for a diversified commercial real estate portfolio

- Create short and long-term asset strategies with leasing and operations teams

- Monitor portfolio performance and make hold/sell recommendations

- Develop property valuations and financial analyses

- Manage leasing activities and negotiate commercial lease terms

- Mentor analysts and associates; produce monthly, quarterly, and annual investor reporting

Qualifications

- Bachelor of Business Administration

- 6+ years commercial real estate experience (office and industrial preferred)

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Argus valuation software

- Strong financial modeling and team leadership skills
