Associate, Real Estate Development

Hines, one of the world's largest real estate investment, development, and management firms, is seeking an Associate for its San Francisco development team. Hines manages $90B+ in assets across 30 countries and has been recognized as one of the World's Most Innovative Companies. The Associate will support senior management across all aspects of real estate development: feasibility analysis, entitlements, design coordination, financing, construction, project budgeting, and stakeholder coordination. The role also includes supporting acquisitions and asset management. The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of real estate development, investment banking (real estate coverage), or consulting experience.
