Role Overview

Hines (global RE investment firm, $94.6B AUM) is hiring an Associate for Asset Management in Los Angeles, CA.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct financial analyses for individual assets (new acquisitions and existing portfolio)

- Develop strategies to maximize asset value across office, industrial, retail, and residential

- Review property cash flow models and perform periodic valuations

- Monitor asset performance vs. budget; report variances

- Develop leasing objectives, operating budgets, and annual plans

- Supervise capital projects and tenant improvements; conduct ESG analysis

Qualifications

- Bachelor of Business Administration

- 2+ years commercial real estate experience with financial analysis

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Argus Enterprise
