Senior Associate, Private Equity Real Estate

Heitman, a global real estate investment management firm with approximately $48 billion in assets under management, is seeking a Senior Associate for its Private Equity real estate investment team in London. Heitman manages investments across real estate equity, debt, and publicly traded real estate securities and has been a leading real estate investment manager for over 50 years. The Senior Associate will support investment activities across Heitman's European private equity real estate strategies, contributing to deal sourcing, underwriting, execution, and asset management. Key responsibilities include conducting financial analysis, developing complex real estate financial models, performing market and property research, supporting due diligence processes, and assisting with asset management activities for existing portfolio holdings. The role provides excellent exposure to cross-border European real estate transactions across a range of property types including office, industrial, logistics, residential, and retail sectors. The Senior Associate will work closely with senior investment professionals and will have the opportunity to develop their real estate investment career within a well-established global platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in real estate private equity or investment banking with relevant transaction experience in European markets, excellent quantitative skills, and strong written and verbal communication abilities.
