About the Role

Heitman, a global real estate investment management firm, is hiring an Associate to join its Acquisitions team in Chicago.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and confirm pro forma cash flow projections, return analysis and waterfall projections for potential real estate investments

- Prepare summaries of investment opportunities for internal or client presentation

- Coordinate and participate in due diligence on investment opportunities

- Work collaboratively with research, portfolio and asset management teams

Qualifications

- 1-3 years of real estate experience, prior professional work experience preferred

- Bachelor's degree in finance or real estate

- General understanding of real estate finance, property valuation and equity investment analysis
