Harrison Street is seeking a Vice President in Asset Management focused on digital infrastructure investments. The role requires substantial experience in asset management, capital markets, financial analysis, leasing, and new development oversight. Specific duties include managing relationships with operating partners and third-party property managers, sourcing and closing property refinancings, establishing hold/sell recommendations, overseeing asset dispositions, and facilitating the due diligence and closing process. Ideally with a progressive background in Digital infrastructure real estate.
