As Investment Director of Digital Transactions and Asset Management, you will drive the performance and optimization of a data center portfolio. This role carries responsibility for transactions underwriting and execution as well as financial and operational performance of assets, driving value creation, and ensuring alignment with broader investment strategies.

The ideal candidate has deep experience in the data center sector with prior roles in underwriting, acquisitions, leasing, financing, power infrastructure, construction oversight, and hyperscale/enterprise tenant dynamics.

Responsibilities include leading the financial and operational performance of a national and international portfolio of data center assets, driving NOI growth, leading acquisitions and developments, and supporting capital markets activity.
