Senior Associate, Product Launch

HarbourVest Partners, one of the world's leading fund-of-funds investors with over forty years of history in private markets, is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Strategy, Innovation, and Execution function, specifically supporting new investment product launches.

The Product Launch Senior Associate will assist in leading the launch of innovative new investment solutions for clients, including those utilizing existing and new operating models. This role is directly involved in the firm's expansion into new areas.

The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, creative, and flexible, with professional experience assisting in developing and launching new investment products or solutions, preferably within private markets. Key attributes include outstanding attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills for complex concepts, and strong experience in team environments with the ability to help lead or facilitate group efforts. Comfort with cross-functional collaboration — engaging legal, compliance, operations, and distribution teams — is essential.
