General Manager

Guardian Restoration Partners, an Alpine Investors portfolio company, is seeking a General Manager to lead operations within its restoration platform in New Haven, CT. This is a P&L-responsible leadership role within a high-growth, PE-backed national services platform.

Guardian operates as a network of restoration brands helping property owners recover from water, fire, and mold damage. Backed by Alpine Investors — a people-driven PE firm named to Inc.'s Founder-Friendly list five consecutive years — Guardian is executing a national acquisition and organic growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead day-to-day operations of the New Haven restoration partner brand, managing field teams, project delivery, and customer satisfaction

- Drive revenue growth through local market development, customer relationships, and operational efficiency

- Execute Alpine's people-first management philosophy across talent development and team building

- Leverage Guardian's national platform for systems, technology, and best practices

- Full P&L accountability for the New Haven market

- Support integration of acquired businesses while preserving founders' legacy
