Investment Associate, Principal Investments and Advisory, UK Private Equity Fund

A highly successful private equity, advisory and investment group based in London is seeking an Investment Associate to join their team.

The firm is an entrepreneurial principal investing and advisory group working across private equity, venture capital, and corporate finance.

Key responsibilities: serving as a full member of the investment team on private equity, VC, and corporate finance assignments; developing financial models for prospective investments; conducting due diligence and managing transaction execution; monitoring portfolio investments, projecting financial returns, and assessing funding gaps; and working on corporate finance advisory mandates.

Ideal candidates will currently be working in M&A, transaction services, or restructuring/special situations advisory at one of the major accounting firms. This is an outstanding opportunity for an entrepreneurially-minded professional to join a dynamic principal investing team in London.
