Investment Associate, GP/LP Secondaries, Tier One Global Fund

A pre-eminent global fund with significant AUM and an outstanding reputation in the GP and LP secondaries market is seeking an Investment Associate to join their London team.

The role sits within the GP and LP secondaries investment team, working on GP-led deals, continuation funds, and LP secondary investments.

Key responsibilities: joining the investment execution team as a full participant; conducting due diligence on secondary investments; managing the full deal execution process from origination to close; financial analysis, modelling, and valuation work; preparing fund documentation; and portfolio management.

Ideal candidates will be associates with prior experience at a private equity fund or secondaries investment firm. Strong financial modelling skills, a solid understanding of asset valuation techniques, and genuine interest in the secondaries market are required.
