Investment Analyst – Global Private Equity Secondaries Fund

Greenwich Partners is working with a top 10 AUM global private equity secondaries investor to recruit an Investment Analyst into their London team. The firm has a fantastic track record and a reputation as one of the premier platforms in the secondaries sector.

The role will work on the origination and execution of investments in global secondary deals, covering both LP and GP secondaries transactions.

Day to day responsibilities: Due diligence on potential secondaries acquisitions. Valuations and financial modelling. Deal execution from beginning to completion. Deal negotiation and structuring. Strategic analysis and assessment of the future value of the secondary. Management of advisors and third-party consultants.

The Candidate: Background as an Analyst from a private equity group, private equity secondaries group, or from a tier one investment bank or advisory firm. The role is best suited to someone with 1 to 2 years of professional experience looking to build a career in the secondaries market. London-based position.
