Golub Capital's Golub Growth department seeks an Associate in New York to originate investment opportunities in high-growth software companies.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct outreach to emerging software companies to build relationships and identify investments

- Research software companies, conferences, and target geographies

- Maintain CRM records and perform market research

- Execute early-stage due diligence on new opportunities

Requirements

- Strong deal execution, relationship management, and financial analysis skills

- Leadership, critical thinking, and results-oriented approach

- Knowledge of legal documentation and risk management

Compensation: $110,000-$125,000 base + benefits (medical/financial, 401k, PTO)
