Associate - Credit Secondaries & Portfolio Finance (VCOP)

Goldman Sachs Asset Management is seeking an Associate for the Vintage Credit Opportunity Partners (VCOP) team within the Credit Secondaries & Portfolio Finance group. The Vintage Platform is Goldman Sachs flagship secondary investing platform with leadership in secondaries since 1998, having raised nine globally diversified secondary funds and invested over $85 billion across more than 750 secondary transactions.

VCOP leverages the expansive Goldman Sachs GP and LP relationships to source and execute credit secondaries and portfolio finance transactions, including credit continuation vehicles, LP secondary transactions, and innovative structured liquidity and financing solutions for GPs and LPs.

The Associate will conduct commercial and financial due diligence across credit deal types, drive portfolio valuation and modelling, prepare investment committee materials, and coordinate execution workstreams with legal counsel and counterparties. The role covers credit secondaries, limited partner secondary transactions, and portfolio finance structures across private credit and asset-backed portfolios. The team operates from offices in New York, London, Hong Kong, Singapore, Salt Lake City, San Francisco and West Palm Beach.
