About This Role
GIC is one of the world's largest investors and sovereign wealth funds, managing Singapore's foreign reserves with a long-term investment horizon across more than 40 countries. The External Managers Department sources and monitors co-investment opportunities through a global network of external fund managers.
This Co-Investment Sourcer role focuses on credit strategies, sourcing deal flow from external PE and credit fund managers, screening opportunities, and managing the end-to-end co-investment process between fund managers and GIC's internal underwriting teams. The position is based in New York.
Key responsibilities include actively sourcing credit co-investments aligned with GIC's investment strategy, building and maintaining relationships with external fund managers to develop a robust deal pipeline, performing initial screening and providing feedback, overseeing co-investment processes, and preparing reports for senior management. Secondary responsibilities include fund underwriting and portfolio management support.
Qualifications: strong background in co-investment or private markets investing, experience with credit or PE fund manager relationships, excellent analytical and communication skills.
