Principal, Acquisitions

Generate Capital is seeking a Principal, Acquisitions to originate and execute energy infrastructure investments focused on powering data centers and large load customers.

The role involves originating investment opportunities including behind-the-meter baseload solutions and renewables/BESS pairings, owning full underwriting and execution from diligence through investment committee and closing, and developing market perspective across priority geographies.

Required: Minimum 9-10 years of relevant investment experience in energy, renewables and/or digital infrastructure sectors with reputable corporates, developers, private equity or infrastructure funds. Deep understanding of power and/or digital infrastructure markets, technologies and investment risk profiles across ISOs. Strong executive presence and a history of measurable investment achievements in the power and/or digital sectors.
