Senior Principal, Corporate Ventures

Entegris is seeking a Senior Principal, Corporate Ventures to join the Entegris Ventures team. In this role, you will drive the venture investment process across select mid-stage (Series A/B) startups spanning fund strategy, deal sourcing, due diligence, risk assessment, partnership definition, deal execution, and portfolio management, focused on opportunities aligned with Entegris' materials science innovation culture, high-tech go-to-market channels, and sustainability objectives. You will partner across Technology Innovation, ER&D, and Business Development teams to identify, evaluate, and manage a pipeline of investment opportunities in Semiconductor and Electronics market verticals as well as new application domains. As a member of a small, nimble team, you will be responsible for the definition, presentation, negotiation, execution, and oversight of a diverse portfolio of investments designed to contribute learnings into emerging technologies, detect disruptive technologies and business models, augment R&D capability through external partnerships, and drive continued growth. Responsibilities include developing a stakeholder engagement strategy with senior business leaders, collaborating with Corporate Development and Advanced Innovation teams to map priority verticals and startup ecosystems, and proactively networking internally and externally — building relationships across universities, innovation ecosystems, funds, VCs, and CVCs operating in targeted Semiconductor and Tech markets.
