Head of Entegris Ventures

Entegris is seeking a Head of Entegris Ventures to lead the company's Corporate Venture Capital (CVC) function. This senior strategic leadership role partners with business development and technology teams to identify equity investment opportunities in emerging computing materials and semiconductor markets.

The Head of Entegris Ventures will drive strategy definition, validation, diligence, execution, and supervision of a diverse investment portfolio targeting approximately $100 million in investments over 4-5 years. The role is responsible for boosting Entegris' mid-term growth through focused venture investments.

Key responsibilities include:

- Collaboration: Work closely with Business Development and ER&D teams in Corporate and Divisional/BU functions to develop equity investment strategies, target identification, deal sourcing, and pipeline building.

- Venture Sourcing: Proactively network internally and externally to identify new opportunities and early-stage startup sourcing. Build relationships across the venture capital network — universities, innovation ecosystems (US/Asia/Europe), VC/CVC funds — in targeted semiconductor and materials markets (separation/filtration, yield-enhancing technologies, advanced packaging materials, thermal interface materials, novel substrate materials).

- Screening and Engagement: Drive strategy, risk assessment, and investment in select mid-stage (Series A/B) venture capital opportunities aligned with materials science innovation and Entegris' go-to-market approach.

- Value Creation: Lead venture capital partnership definitions and ensure value creation for Entegris business units — including go-to-market agreements and joint development programs.

- Portfolio Management: Directly manage or supervise a team of portfolio managers overseeing the Entegris Ventures investment portfolio.
