About This Role

Di Rezze Family Office is a private investment platform focused on identifying and backing exceptional businesses across public and private markets. Founded by entrepreneurs and operators, the firm approaches investing with an operator's mindset: focusing on business quality, management teams, market opportunity, capital allocation, and long-term value creation.

The Vice President, Investments & Capital Markets will work directly alongside the principals in sourcing opportunities, evaluating companies, conducting diligence, building investment theses, structuring transactions, and managing key relationships across the investment ecosystem. The role sits at the intersection of investing, capital markets, and strategic execution.

Key Responsibilities include Investment Origination & Relationship Development: Build and maintain relationships with founders, CEOs, investors, bankers, private equity firms, venture funds, family offices, and industry executives. Evaluate new investment opportunities and maintain an active pipeline of potential transactions. Represent the firm in meetings, conferences, and industry events.

Investment Underwriting & Diligence: Conduct business, financial, operational, and market diligence on prospective investments. Assess management teams, competitive positioning, industry dynamics, and growth opportunities. Develop investment theses, identify key risks, catalysts, and value drivers. Prepare investment memoranda and presentations for senior leadership.

Transaction Execution & Capital Markets: Assist in structuring and executing mergers, acquisitions, strategic financings, PIPE investments, and other capital markets transactions. Coordinate with legal counsel, accountants, investment banks, and institutional investors throughout the transaction process. Evaluate financing alternatives and ownership dynamics.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of hedge funds, SPACs, PIPE financings, and alternative capital markets transactions, with experience in venture, growth equity, and private equity environments.
